Moving Touches - Touching Movements
Berührende Bewegung - Bewegende Berührung

I
Body Work
Gentle and mindful bodywork is used to foster trust, create a feeling of safety and provide the brain with proprioceptive feedback.

Body work helps regulate the nervous system and creates a feeling of safety. Further, it supports the brain to gather optimal information to obtain a high-resolution body map.

We are working towards creating balance and self-regulation.
II
Enrichment
The modern world can be simultaneously over- and under-stimulating.

Thoughtful enrichment activities balance keeping the mind active with practicing sensory stimulation:
The brain craves novelty,
but doesn't like to be flooded.
III
Movement Training
Movement is essential for brain and body health.
Movement keeps the fluids in the body moving and provides invaluable sensory feedback to the brain about the bodies relationship with the world around it.

Movement exercises and puzzles are extremely powerful tools to build self-confidence, self-awareness and self-empowering.

About
I'm specialised in
DOGS and HORSES.

But since my approach is guided by what the individual nervous-system needs to feel safe, my work is applicable to all species.

The work is always adapted to meet the individuals unique and species-specific needs.

Guiding Questions
I believe in any training session two important questions should always be addressed and answered positively, for humans and animals:

Do you feel safe?

Do you feel good about yourself?
